Carry out the special action of "signal upgrading" to comprehensively improve the quality of 5G network in key scenarios.

The second is to adhere to the implementation of separate policies and expand the scale of 5G applications. Expand the application scale of pilot fields such as industry, mining, electricity, ports, etc., and deeply explore typical application scenarios in pilot fields such as healthcare, education, culture and tourism. Build an upgraded version of the "5G+Industrial Internet" development, and promote the construction of 5G factories by no less than 3000 enterprises this year. Strengthen the support of 5G application industry, vigorously promote the research and development of 5G lightweight (RedCap) technology, and promote the continuous cost reduction and scale up of 5G applications.

The third is to adhere to innovation leadership and promote 5G evolution and 6G technology research and development. Continuously evolving and upgrading towards enhanced 5G, supporting technological product breakthroughs such as 5G R18 base stations and 5G new terminals, and continuously supporting new features and services of 5G. Vigorously promote 6G technology research, conduct technological experiments, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and accelerate 6G innovation and development.
