Patrol provides long-term and comprehensive maintenance and upkeep for UPS, EPS hosts, and batteries. Enable inspection personnel to fully understand and master the operation and usage status of all UPS and EPS; Extend the service life of UPS hosts and batteries; Reduce and reduce the failure rate of UPS and its impact on normal operation; Eliminate foreseeable potential faults. Inspection service content:
1. Clean and remove dust inside and outside UPS and EPS
2. Conduct operational testing of UPS and EPS under mains and battery conditions, and conduct inverter conversion experiments
3. Perform data detection and adjustment of various working and control points of the host
4. The usage environment of UPS and EPS includes testing of placement location, temperature, humidity, input voltage, output voltage, zero ground voltage, grounding, wiring, and other conditions
5. Perform online or offline detection of battery total voltage and terminal voltage
6. Conduct internal resistance and conductivity tests on the battery
7. Conduct battery charging and discharging experiments
8. Establish UPS and EPS archives, provide comprehensive reports and replacement, update, and restructuring plans
To discharge a battery, certain conditions must be met. Firstly, it should be carried out as much as possible under the basic guarantee of electricity supply; Due to the fact that the internal chemical reactions of the battery are not completely reversible. The frequency of full depth cyclic discharge is limited, so it is not suitable for frequent deep discharge of lead-acid batteries, which can damage the battery capacity. After the capacity of the battery drops to below 80%, it enters a sharp decline state, with a short decline period that may fail several months after a single discharge check. In the remaining time, the battery pack already has significant accident hazards.
